Mansions at Canyon Springs Country Club

As the Texas correspondent for a Philadelphia-based REIT, Harbor Capital Group provided a $7 million mezzanine loan to complete the acquisition of this property. Mansions is an ultra-luxury apartment property on the north side of San Antonio. It was 94% occupied at closing.
