Harbor Capital Group arranged a $40,300,000 bridge loan for the acquisition of a 13-story medical office building in the medical center area of Houston, TX. The 154,950 SF building was 100% occupied, with over 81% of the space occupied by Baylor College of Medicine on a long term lease. The purchaser was an active TIC sponsor that specializes in acquiring and managing office properties.
