River Park West is located in the Houston suburb of Richmond, Texas in the fast-growing Ft. Bend County area. Harbor Capital Group arranged a $21,750,000 bridge loan to facilitate acquisition of the property. The loan closed 30 days after the property received its certificate of occupancy. The property was still in its initial lease-up stage when the loan was funded.
