Harbor Capital Group arranged a $27,000,000 loan for the acquisition of this 436-unit Class A apartment property located in the Dallas community of Euless, Texas, adjacent to the Dallas/Ft. Worth airport. The property was acquired by an experienced TIC/DST syndication. The borrower was a Delaware Statutory Trust. In addition to the senior loan, Harbor Capital Group arranged a short term mezzanine loan of $6,500,000 to facilitate the placement of the long term equity.
