Sunset Media Tower is a 315,000 SF located on Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood, California. The building was purchased by an experienced TIC/DST sponsor that is actively acquiring commercial properties across the country. The building was 90% leased at the time of purchase. Harbor Capital Group arranged a $74,000,000 bridge loan to facilitate the initial acquisition of the building, followed by a $55,000,000 permanent loan and a $19,000,000 short term mezzanine loan.
