Founded in January 2004 by 30-year mortgage banking veteran Frank Satterfield, Harbor Capital Group hit the ground running, placing $1.2 billion in mortgages during its first three years in operation. These financing assignments included apartments, office buildings, retail shopping centers and self storage facilities. Closed loans have ranged in size from $2 million to $100 million. Harbor Capital Group has long standing relationships with numerous capital sources including CMBS conduits, life insurance companies, Fannie Mae and other institutional lenders.

FRANK SATTERFIELD, Founder and Principal of Harbor Capital Group, has more than 30 years commercial real estate lending and mortgage banking experience producing hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate financing annually.

PATRICK ENNIS, Principal, has extensive experience underwriting commercial real estate loans, acquisitions and equity transactions for the last fifteen years. He is intimately familiar with the underwriting requirements of our major lenders, both CMBS lenders and portfolio lenders.

JOSH CHAMBERS, Vice President, is responsible for the origination of commercial mortgage debt and structured finance transactions throughout the United States. Prior to joining Harbor Capital Group, he worked for a competing mortgage banking firm in Houston, TX. Chambers started his career with Wachovia in their Conduit (CMBS) and Large Loan group. Throughout his career, Chambers has been involved in financing over $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions. Chambers graduated from North Carolina State University with a BS in Business Management, Concentration in Finance. He holds a North Carolina Real Estate Salesperson License.

TAMMY KOENNING, Senior Investment Analyst, has provided due diligence and loan underwriting for CMBS clients. She has considerable experience in real estate consulting, corporate real estate strategy, asset management services, and commercial lease analysis. Tammy is a graduate of Texas A&M University, including an MBA in real estate.
