Preston Center Pavilion and Square is a recently redeveloped shopping center in Dallas, Texas. Tenants at the property include: CVS Drug Store, Mega Marshalls,   DSW Shoe Warehouse, Ross, and Office Depot  . Harbor Capital Group arranged a  $42,000,000 permanent  loan with a conduit lender to finance the acquisition. The loan had a 10-year term with 5 years interest only , followed by  30 year amortization. The lender agreed to exclude from the collateral the air rights over an existing parking garage. The borrowers have future plans to build additional usable space over the garage.
