San Brisas is possibly the most upscale garden apartment complex in Houston, with 312 units divided between garden apartment, townhouse and loft-style floor plans. Harbor Capital Group provided $43.6 million in financing for the acquisition of this property, including a $33.6 million conduit loan with an interest-only period, and a $10 million mezzanine loan. The property was 85% leased at loan closing, and was purchased by an experienced 1031/TIC sponsor that specializes in acquiring and managing multi-family properties.
